Sunday Donut Volunteers

Every Sunday after Mass, we enjoy time together over coffee, donuts, and good conversation. It’s a simple way for our parish to connect—and it happens thanks to volunteers like you!

We’re looking for help with set-up and clean-up on Sundays. Whether you can pitch in once a month or just now and then, we’d love to have you on the team.

Set-Up Duties

• 1st Sundays – Potluck Style
• Bring 2 creamers and 2 juices
• Make the coffee
• Set out paper products

• Other Sundays – Coffee & Donuts
• Buy 6 dozen donuts & 2 containers of donut holes
• Bring 2 creamers & 2 juices
• Make the coffee and set up paper products

Clean-Up Duties

• Follow the checklist posted in the kitchen
• Clean up food, dishes, and coffee supplies
• Take out the trash and vacuum

These small acts of service help create a warm, welcoming space for everyone.
